Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be in original packaging when possible
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Items without original tags
• Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
• Personalized or customized items

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at returns@soladrift.com or call +1 (555) 123-4567 to initiate a return
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. You'll receive a return authorization and prepaid return label (for US customers)
4. Package the item(s) securely and ship them back to us
5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

US Customers: Returns are free. We provide a prepaid return label.

International Customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To exchange an item:

1. Follow the return process above
2. Specify the size/color you'd like in exchange
3. If the exchange item is available, we'll ship it once we receive your return
4. If the exchange item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
